Terms and conditions
Who we are
This site is operated by Serpply Ltd, trading as Car Lift Outlet. Company disclosures appear in the footer of every page.
Status of this site
The range on this site is in development. We are not currently accepting orders and no contract of sale can be formed through this site.
Prices
Prices shown are the median of what independent US dealers are currently listing for that exact model. They are a guide to the market, not offers, and not quotations. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing in response to an enquiry, and only for the model, quantity and delivery address in that confirmation.
Specifications
Model names, capacities and configurations are as published by the manufacturer or as observed in dealer listings, and are recorded with their source. Where we do not hold a manufacturer's figure for a required ceiling height, a concrete specification, a power requirement or a certification, the listing shows nothing rather than an estimate.
Nothing on this site is a substitute for the manufacturer's installation manual. Ceiling height, concrete thickness and strength, anchor specification, power supply and installer competence are all matters for that manual and for a qualified installer.
Certification
Where a listing states ALI certification it refers to that specific model and capacity and is accompanied by the directory entry it comes from. Absence of a certification statement means we have not verified one, not that a model has failed certification.
Product images
Images on this build are manufacturer photography held for internal evaluation. They are not licensed to us and this build is not public. Licensed photography replaces them before the site is published.
Orders, once open
A contract will be formed when we send an order confirmation, not when an order is placed. Freight terms are on the freight page and returns and transit damage on the returns page. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by anything here.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
