Car Lift Outlet is a trading name of Serpply Ltd, which is the controller of any personal information collected through this site. Company disclosures are in the footer.

What we collect

Enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us, we hold your name, email address, anything you choose to tell us about your building or your vehicle, and your ZIP code where you give it for a freight quote. We hold it in order to answer you.

Analytics. We record aggregate page views, referrers, country and device type in order to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to identify individuals and it is not sold.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing on the page that needs consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Aggregate analytics: retained in aggregate only.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site. Where you ask for a freight quote we may pass the delivery ZIP code and the model to a carrier or manufacturer in order to obtain it, and nothing else. We do not share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.

Your choices

Email the address in the footer to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a state with its own privacy statute, or in the UK or EU, your rights under that law apply and this notice does not reduce them.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will say so on this page.
